RetailFlow Inc. approached ZiaTech Solutions to build a cross-platform mobile e-commerce application to replace their legacy website that had poor mobile conversion rates. The client needed a fast, intuitive app that could handle high traffic, complex product catalogs, and a seamless checkout experience — all while maintaining real-time inventory sync with their existing ERP system.

Solution Provided

ZiaTech adopted a React Native stack to deliver a single cross-platform codebase, significantly reducing development cost without sacrificing performance. We designed a modular microservices backend on AWS that scaled seamlessly. A Redis caching layer kept product listings blazing fast, while Firebase handled real-time push notifications. Custom middleware bridged the SAP B1 ERP with our Node.js API to enable live stock sync.
