SwiftLog Logistics was drowning in manual data entry tasks — processing orders from 12 different supplier portals, each with its own format, into their central ERP. The process required 8 full-time data entry staff and was error-prone. ZiaTech Solutions designed and deployed a multi-agent AI automation system that eliminated manual work entirely, processing over 10,000 orders per day with near-zero error rates.

Solution Provided

ZiaTech designed a distributed multi-agent system: an Ingestion Agent reads data from all sources; a Normalization Agent (GPT-4o powered) maps fields intelligently; a Validation Agent checks business rules; and an ERP Agent inserts clean records. n8n served as the orchestration layer, with Apache Kafka providing resilient event streaming. Edge cases are routed to a human-in-the-loop review queue. Azure Functions handled auto-scaling to absorb 5x traffic spikes during peak periods.
