Project Overview

PeopleCore HR needed a fully cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform to replace a fragmented set of spreadsheets and legacy HR tools used by mid-market enterprises. ZiaTech Solutions designed and built the complete platform from scratch — covering employee management, payroll automation, attendance, leave policies, performance reviews, and a rich analytics dashboard. The platform is now used by over 200 companies across North America.

Solution Provided

ZiaTech adopted a clean Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approach, decomposing the platform into bounded contexts — Identity, Payroll, Attendance, Reviews, and Billing. A shared Postgres schema with row-level security ensured tenant isolation without infrastructure duplication. CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and Docker containers on AWS ECS allowed zero-downtime deployments. The frontend used React with Redux Toolkit for predictable state management and a component library built with Storybook for consistency across 80+ UI components.
